At The Embers Restaurant in downtown Blowing Rock, our regionally inspired menus highlight seasonal flavors and locally sourced ingredients. During the warmer months, guests can enjoy outdoor terrace dining and live music, while seasonal weekend brunch offers another reason to linger a little longer. The restaurant and bar are open to hotel guests and the public alike, whether you’re joining us for a meal, meeting for drinks or settling in for an evening in the mountains.
